I'm afraid you have to buy them online. The ones that I see here are bootlegs. I recommend play-asia as your first choice, then cd-japan for items not offered by play-asia.
Play-asia offers free shipping to the Philippines even for just 1 cd. For Cd-japan you have to pay for the shipping cost, but they have some items not offered by play-asia. As for yesasia, their selections is incomplete and typically slightly higher price than play-asia.
