As mentioned earlier, I'm a few issues behind so I'm a confused on a few points, but here's a quick translation. I emphasize: this was whipped off quite quickly. PLEASE TAKE EVERYTHING WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.

Included across pages 204-213 is an interview with Midorikawa Hikaru and Seki Toshihiko, the voice actors for Heero and Duo respectively, as well as colour illustrations for Wing Gundam 0 and Deathscythe Hell, and diagrams for the MG "Gundam Epyon" kit. (Trans note: Holy Batman?! They're releasing an Epyon model too?!)
The actual story starts on page 214. The colour illustration for this month is of Heero and Treize. Duo's recollections make up the bulk of the story this issue.

The illustrations for this month are Zechs, Naina (?) and Duo's arm on page 219, and Sister Hilde and Duo (son) on page 224.
* Duo's occupation is bounty hunter. "Father Maxwell" is his well-known nickname. The money he earns from bounty hunting and fraudulent gambling gets sent to Hilde's orphanage.
* Mini-Duo who he refers to as his son is not related to him in blood.
* "Milliardo" who was the president of Mars (Trans note: HUH?!) is actually Noin's older brother Dixneuf Neuenheim(?)
* The real Milliardo a.k.a Zechs is on a journey with his daughter Naina(?). Zechs calls himself "The Wind of Cyrene". This Naina was left in the care of the "Schbeiker Orphanage" run by Hilde, in accordance with Zechs' wishes and Duo acting as go-between. The Schbeiker Orphanage is located in Lanagrin(?) Republic where the self-professed Zechs Merquise first appeared. (Trans note: OK, how many Milliardos and/or Lighting Counts do we have here???)
*** On page 225 Duo is quoted as saying "When my wife went aboard some battleship called Libra...", so it would appear that Duo and Hilde are? were? a married couple at the time of MC-0002.
*Apparently on Mars, there is a mysterious aging phenomenon going around, and the effects vary from person to person. This is why Duo has an excessively aged appearance.
The episode ends and continues to the next month with Wufei, still looking young, sallying out. "Codename Nataku... Preventer Scramble! Epyon II, sallying forth!"
