Now that I've read the first chapter, it seems interesting. Whether or not it ranks high in Jump, I'll keep an eye on it.

What I'm gonna say is bare-bones about the summary: MC gets disqualified for dirty fighting in official martial arts tournament. He gets a weird box in the mail that contains an odd tablet phone. Some shenanigans later, the MC kicks the shit out of a guy who is literally nicknamed the Noob Hunter.
So, in the street fights, everybody has a monetary value. Beat that person, you get the money that they're worth. Ex. The guy that MC lost to in the tournament also participated in UBS (name of manga is also the name of the street fights, I think) was worth roughly a few grand in USD. I could be wrong, though.
Needless to say, MC is good at street fighting. Not just the dirty kind, but he pulls a few tactics here and there. When Noob Hunter tosses dirt in his face and throws a punch, MC manages to catch his pinky and break it. Later, when the guy swings a shovel at him, MC punches the knuckles of the hand that is swinging the shovel.
But yikes, he's got a bit of bloodlust to him.
