Some good points with the others, but this one is juat plain nonsense
If Ayase wouldn't be OK with doing risque shots, she wouldn't be doing gravure modeling in the first place.
The point isn't that she would be too prude for wearing skimpy clothing together with exciting poses. She does that for her gravure shooting. The point is (as I already wrote above) that it's quite a difference if you do it just for the photographer, or if you do it in front of a great crowd. Posssibly she might be even ok with doing it in front of a crowd, if the crowd consisted of people she liked. However, this here would be in front of a crowd of otaku which she detests, and there's no chance she would do it for them.
She has no scruples though tricking Kanakana-chan into doing it
Even though Kanakana-chan hates otaku just as much - or rather, pretends to. She wouldn't have been able to perform that great with as Meruru if she wasn't a secret fan of the series. She wouldn't have put on that Meruru costume in the first place, if she wouldn't have felt comfortable in it.
