Which one? is it the one that looks like a breakdance? you could use low parry to counter it.
I think you could train how to block against those particular attacks in practice mode (defense training mode).
Another countermeasure I usually use against them is a long-range attack that come from above. In my case, since I usually play Kazuya, it's the demon scissors (4~3). Angel, Xiaoyu, and maybe Miharu also has a similar move (also with similar notation)
