I guess no one ever did post any of the extras that came with DVD2, so here they are:

And I also got two new sticker sheets this time:

Now one little thing about the stickers sheets: they're actually randomly distributed. There seems to be a numbered series (not sure how many there are in total), and an "SP" (special) series. With each DVD, it seems that you get one sticker sheet in the numbered series, and you may get one of the SP sheets (last time I didn't, this time I did). So, even if you collect all 8 DVDs (7 with sticker sheets), you won't get all of the sticker sheets. Yet another of those random things they're doing (like throwing the actual "Mikuru" folder on the DVD) to generate a bit of buzz amongst the collectors of the show.
