It looks like Chihiro actually confesses to Keima in this chapter (maybe at the end of it?)....

Still not completely clear from the context of the text spoilers available atm ... but still.

And Ayumi spends the chapter under Keima's blankets again. My guess is that the image of her all wet and hot like that are because of the heat under the blanket - she breaks out in a heavy sweat, it seems.
