Actually, yeah... I think I'm finally starting to get used to this, and I'm liking it more and more. You're certainly right about the foreshadowing - there's just
so much of it going on that it's hard to ignore. And things continue to slowly move into motion, one piece at a time... especially knowing about the foreshadowing, you can feel the momentum of the plot building. So, the long and short of it is that I liked episode 4; "nothing happened", but a lot did.
