Well, I got my K-ON! college volume. As with earlier volumes, there's a new color chapter added to the beginning of the book, six pages. The "100 Mugi" special does not appear to be included. There are no authors comments, afterword or anything like that from Kakifly.
The front cover depicts the college-bound HTT girls, as seen in Misago's post above, and the back features a similar picture of Onna Gumi.
