@ demino_hellsin - Irish was named like that because he was "lucky" to survive the camp. They got it from the rumor that Irish people are lucky. His nationality is hard to tell and he doesn't know or care what it is.

EDIT - New info I found on Phantom Task. Their structure is based on a two psrt system
The board - The ones who decide what to do and how to do them.
The specialists - The field agents who do what the board commands. Autumn and "M" are specialists.
