Of course I know why they're there, I was just commenting on the fact that the restrictions probably make H264 much less superior to a good MPEG4 ASP codec than it usually is with all HQ features enabled. Making special encodes for Xbox when you can just download XviD encodes with similiar quality and much less hassle seems a bit unnecessary, even if you might have to sacriface some bandwidth...
