Rightstuf is taking pre-orders for the first half at $45 on Blu-ray; the DVD is $39. My guess is that it will fall a bit in price once it is released.
Amazon has it at full list price ($70), but I'm sure that won't be true after release either. Amazon lists it as Blu-ray Region A (Western Hemisphere + East Asia) and DVD Region 1 (North America).
