Despite the fact that I found the first few episodes formulaic, KLK became one of the shows I looked forward to every week. The fights and action, coupled with the story's fast pacing, cartoon-like art style, the Hiroyuki Sawano soundtrack and the colourful cast of characters are the highlights of the anime. It came to a stage when I thought that there was no point comparing it to TTGL, because KLK's good enough to stand on its own (and plus they are two very different shows). Not outstanding, but entertaining enough, so overall a 7/10 from me.
