Eh~~~ 
First you think the story is a dream, and it does turn out to be a dream.
But then it turns serious, with the virus.
But at the same time, it becomes horror because Master with Ann reacted to a phone call where Ann was in a different location, so what was that big Ann?
But then to blow away all of those questions was the end, where the story LOOPED!
 
Really got to love how you can never predict how the story goes...
