IS Dossier:
Presumably one of the original 476 IS cores, Ea shares much in common America's pride and joy, Silver Gospel. Her sleek, flowing lines and agile appearance gives the impression of a "Silver Sword", whereas Silver Gospel takes more after an "Avenging Angel". The similarities, however, end at appearances. Ea is not a stopgap 3.5 Generation IS, but is a genuine effort to create a pure Anti-IS platform versus general battlefield dominance as favored by other IS programs of the day.
To begin, she features advanced gravicon systems that enables localized gravity wells, a hardened sensor suite intended to defeat all manner of stealth systems and ECM, and an innovative impulse drive that can accelerate her to such wicked velocities, she would appear to "disappear" for an instant, fooling even the enhanced senses of enemy IS pilots. Suffice to say, stealth is not a focus in this Gen 3.X platform, as Ea's arrival on the field is meant to be known, and felt.
This confidence stems in part from the advanced gravicon systems, which can generate a new type of energy shield, known as the "Distortion Field" or "G-Territory" that can defeat many energy-based projectiles, reduce the effectiveness of most conventional projectiles to a level sustainable by her state-of-the-art automated self-repair systems. Additionally, the "G-Territory" can be utilized offensively, panned out in front of the unit, much in the way of an assault ram to batter its way through the opposition and counter fire.
Another factor is that Ea features an experimental teleportation device, allowing it to perform a single long-range "spatial transfer" or multiple short-range jumps before needing a "recharge". This device also plays a part in the IS' combat doctrine, which metaphorically speaking is "controlling the very fabric of space", because Enemy IS that enter Ea's absolute territory lose the ability to maneuver and attack freely. Ea is capable of free-range attacks from all directions using its "Sword Summoner" Equalizer.
A deceptively mundane weapon system at a glance, consisting of the "Hyperedge" blades mounted on her forearms, claws on her hands, blades built-in to her legs, and eight disembodied satellite blades that float behind her in a wing-like formation, Sword Summoner true power is the ability to "transfer in" additional hyperedge blades of varying characteristics at will. These summoned blades, though lacking the finer control and supermaneuverability of her accompanying satellites, can attack from all angles without warning, catching the opponent in a fatal whirlwind of silvery white. In combat, it is not unusual to see a barrage of them materialize out of thin air before evaporating just as quickly, acting as feint for Ea to close in and deliver the coup de grace.
Adding to the tally, she features an experimental energy transfer system that allows her to "refuel and rearm" in mid-battle as needed. A necessity given that all her advanced systems consume energy at a brisk pace, limiting Ea's combat endurance, and her last trump card. The SUV system, giving her access to supplementary Equalizers on-demand, such as the dreaded "Armament of the War Goddess: Valkyria", is not terribly energy efficient either. It uses a still in development nano-transiting system from satellites in orbit to relay the requested equipment just about anywhere on Earth.
Simple, elegant, yet incontestably brutal, she is the noble vessel, a quiet conscience sleeping in thunder that bears the soul of The Marionette Messiah, created to rid the world of irregularities that might unbalance the tenuous equilibrium of order.
IS Overskill: Spike Chaser, Sickle Storm, Crescent Saber, Act Parser Zwei, Legacy Edge, and Calamity Sword
IS Overdrive: Sword of Destruction, <REDACTED>, and <REDACTED>.
Personnel Dossier:
"
Death Sentence Ea",
"Murder Doll", and
"The White Reaper"...
Such grim epithets befits an executioner, for that Lambda was in every sense of the word. But, please, do not misunderstand; it would be wrong to call Subject No. 11 merciless, when she has no conception for pathos to begin with, in fact.
A mysterious girl, born of darkly strange circumstances, she behaves in a manner more suited to a computer, namely a very talented and skilled killing machine, rather than a human. Her nature, though, is neither good or bad, only thinking makes it so, because Lambda exists solely to fulfill the directives seared into her consciousness, and carry out the orders given to her.
Lambda's thoughts are her own, and deeply locked away they are. She expresses no emotion, not even pain. Her unnaturally beauteous physiology was something only human in appearance, but far more than meets the eye, for without it, the doll-like girl would not be alive today. Alas, her apparent "stoicism" combined with that very forbidden beauty has created a tangible territory of ominous foreboding that even the most mundane of individuals cannot bear to be in the presence of for long. Most people stay right clear of her, if they can help it.
Thus, Lambda's only liaison with humanity is her handler and constant companion of some years, an "odd" young man of stranger talents. Wise beyond his apparent youth, he claims to be her guardian angel and demon butler. Due to some influence, this "Ray" has gained special permission to accompany his "cheeky" princess openly in the IS Academy, the site of their latest assignment, while they wait for further information from above, concerning the armed ideological extremist group, "Phantom Task", and the S-Class terrorist, "Reaper".
Present Priority Targets: Phantom Task and "Reaper"
Secondary Targets pending Investigation: Orimura Ichika, Charles Dunois, Alex Hikari, Edward Elric, and Minori Kuriya
