According to the ending credits, the song is called "Take you as you are" and the singer is Itou Kanako (same one as the opening). It's in the opening single.
About the lyrics, I have the booklet scan so I'll transliterate them. if you want the ones in kana and not in romaji tho let me know, I'll upload the scan somewhere in that case ^^;
