Is there even a working prototype version working yet? From the looks of your forum, plans for the first version crashed and burned....
Not to be a downer or anything, but, aside from lawsuit issues like deathreape98 mentioned, how are you going to manage to even make a testing version of the game if so many of your supporters are giving up on the project? How will you recover? It doesn't look like this is going to be easy going.
