I suggest to sort the list alphabetically, next time ^^ . Anyway, the following are among the best romance shows I've seen:
Aishiteruze Baby : don't let the appearance deceive you, this is one of the most heartwarming story ever seen.
Bokura ga Ita : a depiction of the difficulties of a complicated love (but is there a single time where love isn't complicated?)
Whisper of the Heart : a great movie from Studio Ghibli.
Kimagure Orange Road : this one is an "oldie", but an unforgettable one.
And then, not properly a pure "romance" based title (though greatly present in the series), but since it isn't in your list, you may have want to have a look to
Honey & Clover, and its sequel,
Honey & Clover II
Drama and comedy are vastely around in the aforementioned titles. However, none of them is ecchi, sumimasen ^^
