Really, this whole "He just wanted to have friends" after the fight, didn´t really make sense to me and looked for me like the author was forced to put some good old fashion WSJ virtues into this.

I actually wonder if he was going to use that rocket launcher at all or aim directly at Zenkichi with it. Since he knows how not to kill with even the rocket launcher I imagine he probably would have fired in his general vicinity but not close enough for him to be blown to pieces.

Munakata was surprised the entire fight. Constantly followed by the "So I see this won't kill your life" catch phrase. Absolutely loved his personality and sayings haha. But he seemed surprise to me was because Zenkichi was "normal" and doing this rather than just being stopped. We already know that Munakata wasn't the strongest member of the 13 Party so its not like he had an inflated opinion of his abilities like Miyakonojou or to a lesser extent Takachiho.

It made sense to me because I was always wondering is Zenkichi as a "normal" really fast enough to cross X amount of distance and kick automatic weapons away before Munakata can pull the trigger? I was always curious if there was hesitation on his part and that revelation more or less validated my thoughts.

In this case, I really hope, the people who suggest his power would be like Touma Kamijous Imagine Breaker are right then.

I've been one of the leading advocates of the theory(I think I may actually have been the first) and I will stick to it until I'm proven wrong.

Remember...... the poison snakes? It looks like Kumagawa already was bitten and yeah, he tried to use All Fiction, but somehow Zenkichi interrupted him by grabbing him...

And somehow Kumagawa seems to be in panic...

Well Zenkichi is resigned to die and Kumagawa is not happy to be taken along for the ride. Its a good thing that Zenkichi didn't buy his lie at the end but I have to wonder if Kumagawa will find a way to walk away from this last ditch effort perfectly fine. I find it highly probably.

All Fiction is an ability that Kumagawa doesn't have full control of yet.

It actually came up during this chapter when Naze berated Medaka and Hitomi about not telling her regarding Kumagawa's All Fiction ability (she had naturally assumed it was healing or some kinda Genjutsu skill). Turns out, Kumagawa didn't have this ability when Medaka and co. fought him in middle school...and Hitomi also confirms that Kumagawa didn't show signs of this ability when she examined him as a kid. So even they (Medaka, Hitomi & Zen) didn't know about it.

(Medaka phrased it as "The Kumagawa I knew in middle school didn't have an ability that could allow him to defy the laws of physics"...implying that he probably had some other less haxx ability back then)

They realize then that this ability must have just manifested itself recently (within the 2-3 years since they last met Kumagawa), and he probably doesn't have full control of it yet....else he wouldn't need to go through the trouble of setting up the student council battle.

Kumagawa confirmed their hypothesis...but also claimed that since he doesn't have full control, he might even accidentally destroy the world if he's not careful.

Thanks so much for that clarification. I always figured Kumagawa didn't have All Fiction back then and only recently awakened it. Being able to reject the laws of physics but not having full control of it yet explains a number of the scenes where people thought they saw an illusion or suffered mental damage. He beat the crap out of them but reversed the wounds but there was still the mental shock most likely. Ha the destroying the world part gets mentioned again. I'd love to see just how far his control extends atm.
