I haven't played any of the Diablo games, so I'm afraid I can't answer this question unless you were to tell me what the concept behind Hardcore Diablo 2 and 3 was.

Yes, it does. It's possible to kill another person's avatar in the MMO, which will in turn kill them in real life.

3. Does the concept of 'stats' exist? (ATK for damage, INT for magic damage, VIT for defense, DEX for accuracy and so on)

Yes, there are. As per usual, STR and DEX are the most important for those that like to fight. There is no magic, but there are sword skills, which can be leveled up.

4. Does trade scam exist in SAO?

5. Is Kirito already an expert in SAO?

More or less, yes. He played the game while it was in its beta testing stage.
