I was pretty much intending an onee-san at this point, but -being me- I have little ability to describe such a character.
Damn, Omega nearly covers everything I'd intend in an organization of my own. :\
Not only is it associated with America, it's underground, meaning that any other secretive groups wouldn't be too secret after all. And like in the old West, one town can sometimes be too small for the two of us.
