That's true, but why doesn't she look like that in this Grail War? I got the impression that the clothes the servants wear are the same they wore when they where still alive.

But even if we ignore that part her clothes are still much to impractical for combat and too sexualized compared to the character designs in Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero.
