Not that I'd be surprised if there were volunteers, but the pool of people willing to do it probably isn't the best and the brightest, if you catch my meaning.

Yeah... the concept is cool, of course, but the reality would be terrifying... Also, who would maintain law and order? Will the occupants be tasked with farming/providing themselves with food? What about water... I don't know how you'd supply water without constant trips from Earth to replenish...
