Not quite, Gengo said Kazuya's mother rejected him, for reasons still unknown. And Kazuha herself lambasted her for rejecting her brother. But no, he didn't kill his parents, they were killed by the Novas. Considering how powerful Ryuuichi was, there was no way Kazuya could've killed him as a four-year-old. Hope this helps.

They've yet to baptize in the manhwa, they keep running into one obstacle after another: Rana, Ouka, and now Auntie Cassandra, who's very affectionate and protective towards Kazuya. As of yet, there's been no sign of them baptizing, but hopefully that changes soon. We'll see.
