Kagami gets one of my votes here for the reasons already mentioned and because she's effortlessly hot. All the characters can go cute but none seem to be hot like Kagami.
Now that I think about it, I kinda regret not voting Kanata, Minoru, Patricia and Kuroi-sensei. Oh well...
