Well most of the things I would say have already been said, though I want to re-emphasize Kenshin.... The fight with that Mibu Wolf has to be the best sword fight in anime history....
but another one is Inuyasha. I would personally say, while I love swords and fighting, I hate ones that drag on and become fight of the week,
but I would say that Inuyasha ends up falling in that field with YuYu Hakanshu and Flame of Recca, but, as with all of them, you can still see some big plot going on in the background.
Peace Maker Kurogane rocks. There is a lot of true stuff in that anime....
