It depends on how far in the story you are. Earlier on, Aliasse sounds just plain psycho. Later (after, say, September)...

... after she joins Class G as a third "canon" character, she sounds notably less so, and more like your average 13-y.o. girl... though, her fashion sense is... troubling.

So, early on = PSYCHO. Later on = Normal, if a bit energetic.
