I think it's pretty simple with the introduction of this old man. The demon swords will take the form of someone dear to their owner that have died. Elf-Lisa was implied to be demon sword at the the initial eps by Aria. And with this last ep we can assume that the demon word from the old man is taking the appearance of his dead daughter.
