Shaft has no brains for schedule. Everyone can see, that they taking too much series.
A small studio should have few ongoing projects. Earlier they had problems with one anime per season and now they doing four or five simultaneously?! LOL
Outsourcing is an option, but it might loose the "Shaft style" these animes have.
