No it's not Halloween related. But I bet I could have snuck it in as the Halloween wallpaper since I'm sneaky. But I didn't want to do that.
I actually started it about 2 weeks before the Halloween banner contest was announced. I just started the rough colors when they put the contest up. As luck would have it, it just looked like it would fit not only the Kairin requirement (
) but it also has a Halloweeny-feel to it due to the colors + the sun's eyes reminding me of a jack-o-lantern.
