Just to have somewhere else to put this, there's a lengthy argument about the nature of Touma's power and what it can block in the manga discussion
starting about here, mixed in with on-topic discussion. There might be more of this in other threads for all I know, but whatever. Perhaps all of those posts should be moved to Touma's character thread, or even a new thread ("What can Touma block?") just to settle things.
