I don't see anything wrong with that second point. If a person has to choose between a bunch of inocent strangers, and them losing their life will save the life of your child, sibling, or parent. how many people could honestly chose not to kill the stranger. The only diffenerence is Tatsuya would feel a little regret. But then again Tatsuya is a walking nuke and wouldn't have to make the same kind of choices as others.
