Ticy have other things to do as President, and she's been saved for trumph card by Genetics, same as Chiffon. When something goes out of control of team 13, they will throw Ticy infront of the Nova to be crushed/ or crushing the problem
and after everything calm down, she'll be brought (what ever left of her) back to Genetics as a left over from the battle, wrapped in bandage and stretcher.
Ticy: what happened?
Sister: NOVA that team 13 can't hold
Ticy: *sent to battle field*
Team 13: "Ah! president, welcome...and watch out behind you"*have a tea party under the tree*
Nova: *attack relentlessly*
Ticy:*defeat NOVA but flattened badly*
Team 13: "burp!, ok! let's go home..." *grab Ticy by hair and drag her to Genetics*
Team 13: "let's invite another NOVA tomorrow and have tea party again"
Ticy: *cold sweat*
