Oh yes, I enjoyed this episode quite a bit 
It so great to see the manga being adapted pretty near perfect with the plus of being able to hear all the wonderful voices. There are some gags in the manga that don't work so well but turns hilarious when done in the anime (like how Nagi was "laughing at" her own chest size or the pun on the ramen gag).
I like how the mood seem to change from lighthearted to serious then back again quite easily to remind us that this ultimately isn't a heavy serious but the message still gets relayed across.

Oh yes. The scene where Nagi talks about how she can't breastfeed is one of my favorites.
