Light Novel Volume 1, Chapter 7 / Manga Volume 1, Chapter 6, Page 12:

Nurse: “You should also…return home and rest. It seems that someone from her family will be coming tomorrow.”

Keeping in mind that this is well after the family lawyer showed up, I wonder who visited her?

It might have been her parents, still ashamed of her apparent mental breakdown two years ago but still concerned for her...

Which would have been really interesting, since by "tomorrow", KYH had made her return to the Accelerated World as Black Lotus and declared war on the Six Great Legions. Given KYH's guilt over Red Rider and how Cosmos might jump up and down on that button, it might not have been her sister, though. KYH was too collected and happy when Haruyuki next visited her. Though more time might have passed than apparent. More reasons against her sister visiting would be parental fears that KYH would attack her again.
