I agree he needs to baby sat in lane for a bit longer then most carry hero's being played in competitive scene now. But after a while if he goes radiance into manta, his pushing power in demon form is insane. Then he gets skadi its a nightmare
Will have to wait and see.
I can see Phoenix being one of the most used offlaner's soon, his escape and AS slow is just so good against carry's.
