Okay, done with Episode 2, and frankly, there is no way they animated it without going hardcore enthusiast on it: so many jabs and over-the-top scenes
Spoiler for Episode 2:
The best part is how Rikka is using "realistic" features and items to express her chuuni ideas, despite they are totally tame or even lame to what she is actually imagining (which makes you wonder how Touka managed to deal with her ever since middle school
). It is even more amusing her to literally fail her grand schemes of things. Still, sometimes I wish I wasn't able t understand everything Rikka said, because it is so... ridiculous and cheesy that it is so difficult not to pause the episode in embarassment.
Meanwhile, Touka definitely was a surprise: as ground to earth as she can be, she is really a good addition in the cast, and I can't help but feel sorry for Yuuta, considering what's going to happen to him, if he fails doing her bidding
I really was afraid of weirdly timed fighting scenes or whatnot, but it is really blended really well, with a hilarious "realistic" scene afterwards. A very good surprise to say the least.
