Ok, I'll go through everything:

The ToLOVE-Ru OVA series will be a total of 3 episodes:

The 13th volume limited edition of ToLOVE-Ru manga will include the first OVA episode, and wil be released on April 3rd, 2009.
The 14th volume limited edition of ToLOVE-Ru manga will include the second OVA episode, and wil be released on June 3rd, 2009.
The 15th volume limited edition of ToLOVE-Ru manga will include the third OVA episode, and wil be released on August 3rd, 2009.
