If you don't mind old animation style, Kimagure Orange Road and Maison Ikkoku are two of the best romance animes I've seen. Both of them have several seasons, hope you don't mind that, cause they're really good.
I'll also recommend you to watch Peach Girl. It's similar to Suzuka in my opinion, but the main character is a girl.
