Seriously, it's sort of ironic in a way. I always felt that one of the main reasons for Asa's popularity was that she was the underdog that "never wins" in these types of shows. Now, recent events had a polarizing effect, and might lead people to see Kaede as the "underdog", so to speak. So, if she wins this poll, it might mean that Asa's victory in the show resulted in more bitterness than acceptance, overall (considering Asa won the last poll).
