We all know about Eva but theres also:
Her husband - Not standing up for her, keeping secrets from her
Her daughter - Doesn't care about becoming the next head despite Natsuhi's efforts to train her
George - More ideal for the next head than her daughter in Natsuhi's eyes
Shannon - Natsuhi is probably jealous of how she appears to live a carefree lifestyle so she takes it out on her whenever she makes a mistake
Not being able to wear the one-winged eagle, sitting at the end of the table, having to lie about Kinzo (reasons still unknown), etc. It all adds up to her feeling like there's no one on her side.
