The first two-volume manga adaptation covered 3 story arcs. Those arcs were likely from 3 books, I guess. I could easily see 13 episodes covering those 3 stories.
(3 eps, 3 eps, & 4 eps.) (4 eps, 4 eps, & 5 eps) For now, that's my guess as to what's going to be covered.
