Episode 2 was pretty good. The reason for the bl (that she was reborn as a guy) is pretty sad, and certainly softens the bl part of the plot a bit. I wonder if the one you love was reborn as the other sex...would you still love them? It would certainly be a complicated and sad situation, I'd think. But why is she the only one born differently?
