You mean Candy Rain? I can't really say since I don't own it, but I did see it at my local Kinokuniya Bookstore. I saw a few preview images, and it looks like a lot of stuff we can already find online and in the Illustration book. I think we'd only probably see at least three or four new images for Higurashi...
And this is only for Sakai Kyuuta's art. The designer for Rei is different and there are some images by the Rei designer that I HAVEN'T seen in the Art book either.
