Kazama is dense isn't he? He couldn't figure out that Eba is the girl Haruto was talking about? She came from Hiroshima not too long ago and goes to the all-girls school Haruto's "girlfriend" went to.
But, I've been thinking. Kazama does seem sharper than he leads on... I think he has already figured it all out already. He can probably tell that Eba was still in love with someone else since they started "dating", that's probably why he told Haruto to steal the girl away.
