By the way, I see you've cut frames in order to reduce the size. That's a way.
As for the gif you posted, an hint:
never use the same frame as first and last. Remember, it will repeat anyway
Beside this, I'd say that's the perfect compromise between, low frame numbers and high quality. Maybe I would set higher the frame in which she's on top of her watching the camera, else the back and forth movement looks too fast.
Alternatively, there's the "play with all of the tools of ImageReady until you get a damn number below 50 k
" .
Thus I managed to get a version with 13 frames, although the quality had to be decreased, undoubtfully.
This one is a 64 palette (32 I couldn't or else Saber's eyes' colour would have gone ^^).
Alternatively, enhancing the border (it helps a bit in terms of reducing and hence it enhances the quality a little).
I don't know how further I can go with this one since it's also penalized by the richness of the colours (i.e. 24 frames could fit in my current avatar, because the bg colours were quite poor). Less colours less trouble and viceversa.
