Oh please, you know it's totally Lucy and Elfman's grandkid, just look at the...eye? They are totally Elfman's and since Lucy has a connection with Natsu it makes total sense!
After Tenrou Lucy and Natsu have a thing but she cheats on him with Elfman cause he's a stud and then Lisanna comes in at some point and things get complicated.
