As I said, Dan is not eager about continuing the legacy of Gotanda Eatery, while Ran pretty much is free to choose her own future. Dan is planning to build experience even if he's a minor currently so when he become a real adult m he has a lot of experience.
No such place, that's pretty much against the law. some teens that look old can fake their age, but preteen and kids is... too farfetched.
