Yeah Ai-chan himself confirmed that everyone he fought before Yama was still alive. The only ones whose life is in question are Yama, Hiyori, Urahara, and Yoruichi. And since Isshin got right back up after his bout with Ai-chan, its very likely that Urahara and Yoruichi are still alive. Still keeping my fingers crossed for Hiyori actually being dead though
