I quite remember Tonde Buurin (Super Cerdita, as it was called in México) airing in FOX KIDS of LatinAmerica, now called Jetix, way back in 1997.

I think the whole show lasts for about 51 episodes.

Hitoshi Doi's "Tonde Buurin" webpage states that there's a manga written and illustrated by Ikeda Taeko.

An important aspect why Tonde Buurin is too different from any other mahou-shoujo anime, aside that the heroine turns into a pink pig, is that there are no real or serious villains. No demons, aliens, or evil empires from outer space that try to conquer the Earth.
The villains in this show are ordinary people like thieves or school bullies.

Karin/Cassie is unwillingly turned into Super Pig by Iggy the Pig/Ton-chan the 3rd.

She wanted to become into a super heroine of the same height of Ginger Flame/ Cutey Chao. A character of famous anime show in the Tonde Buurin universe.

But there's a deal for Cassie. What she needs is to make good deeds as Tonde Buurin. Good deeds earn her pearl points. Whenever she scores a 108 pearls, then she's granted the wish to turn into any super heroine form of her preference.
Making mistakes, however, costs Cassie pearl points.

To make good deeds, Tonde Buurin has to willingly and unselfishly help the community or save people from perils or risky situations.

Cassie has to make sure no one finds out that she's Tonde Buurin and neither that others see Iggy the Pig, because if it happens then Cassie will remain in Tonde Buurin / Super Pig form forever, as punishment.

This magic-girl anime is 95% filler and episodic to its entirety, except for the last five episodes that make up an interesting mini-arc story which closes the show.
